When you sign up for the maintenance plan, you will get 2 maintenance visits per year, 5% discount on jobs, priority scheduling for jobs, free estimates on all projects, 1- year labor warranty on all repairs.

While we're at your house, we'll test smoke detector operation, check outlets for reverse polarity, check ground fault receptacles for proper operation (kitchen, bathroom, garage), check connections condition and clean main electrical panel, disconnects and inlet plugs.

We will notify you of any findings while we are at your house, if it is a small and easy fix we will be able to do it while on site for cost of material and any time exceeding your service visit with your applied 5% discount. If the problem is large and will take more than 2 hours we will have a quote sent to you in a timely manner with your applied 5% discount.

This service does not qualify for a sellers home inspection. Any failures to system outside of listed items are not covered in the contract. The contract does not include any building's not attached to main residence. Other contract can be made available to suit your specific needs.

Pricing is based on the size and location of your home. Starting at $26/ month will cover a home under 3200 sq./ ft. and within the city limits of Orofino.
